The Marin Agricultural Land Trust Acquires a Conservation Easement on the Thornton Ranch Near Tomales  Last week MALT completed a deal with Gary Thornton that had been in the works for nearly 10 years, as MALT's Bob Berner explains to George Clyde.  Thornton's daughter Marissa Thornton says they may restore dairy operations and join the cadre of local cheesemakers.

"Pete" McCloskey tells George Clyde why the legislators, who were deeply involved in Pt.
