Patrick Kleeman grew up in Colorado and bounced around the American Southwest and the island of St. Lucia before landing in West Marin. He works as an ecologist studying amphibians here in Point Reyes, and in the Sierra Nevada where some frog populations are undergoing precipitous decline.
